We are looking back at a successful start of the production of one of the largest composite structures ever built in for a superyacht. The moulds are ready for production and we celebrated this moment with a ceremony of applying the first layer with the presence of the representatives of Royal van Lent and the owners team. By pressing the button they activated the robot! After the first layer we had a nice party together, we can’t wait to release the first parts from the moulds.

Building a lightweight composite mast

As main contractor VABO has started building a composite mast with canopy. This results in a weight reduction of nearly 40% compared to an aluminum version.

At this moment we are working on the engineering. All parts will be engineered as such that all preparations are included for final assembly, lifting and outfitting

Four new Jacuzzis

Now we are working hard on four unique jacuzzis which are placed aboard mega yachts. Our part in the project is to manufacture the high-end finished the composite tubs.
