We are looking back at a successful start of the production of one of the largest composite structures ever built in for a superyacht. The moulds are ready for production and we celebrated this moment with a ceremony of applying the first layer with the presence of the representatives of Royal van Lent and the owners team. By pressing the button they activated the robot! After the first layer we had a nice party together, we can’t wait to release the first parts from the moulds.

Superstructure and mast in composites

VABO Composites has signed a beautiful and exciting contract with the Dutch high-end yacht builder Royal Van Lent. Successfully passed the fire tests

VABO Composites has successfully passed the fire tests of the improved ACCEDOO toggle door. The door is tested from inside and outside up to 30 minutes (FRD30 similar as the B30 variant).
